The heart did not lie [about] what it saw.
Boy Arabic origin Fuʾād
In the Quran“The heart”, seat of feeling and understanding
The word as it is recited in the Quran: Mahmoud Khalil Al-Hussary, An-Najm 53:11.
The word occurs sixteen times in the Quran, in the singular or plural. It states the truth of the Prophet’s ﷺ vision: “The heart did not belie what it saw” (53:11), and the wisdom of gradual revelation: “to strengthen your heart thereby” (25:32); it also describes the heart of Musa’s mother, “empty” with worry (28:10).
Fuʾad means the heart, more precisely, according to some lexicographers, its inner part, seat of emotion and understanding; it is linked to faʾada, “to burn”, for the ardour of feelings. The name is common in Egypt (Kings Fuad I and II), the Levant, the Maghreb and Turkey (Fuat).
Yes: the word Fuad appears in the Quran 16 times, in 13 surahs.
The heart did not lie [about] what it saw.
And those who disbelieve say, "Why was the Qur’ān not revealed to him all at once?" Thus [it is] that We may strengthen thereby your heart. And We have spaced it distinctly.
And the heart of Moses' mother became empty [of all else]. She was about to disclose [the matter concerning] him had We not bound fast her heart that she would be of the believers.
And We will turn away their hearts and their eyes just as they refused to believe in it [i.e., the revelation] the first time. And We will leave them in their transgression, wandering blindly.
