Aya number 23 of surat Al-Insan

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْآنَ تَنْزِيلًا [٢٣]

Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively.
