سورة الدخان، الآية ٥١
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى مَقَامٍ أَمِينٍ ٥١
inna l-mutaqīna fī maqāmin amīnin
Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place:
Verse 51 of Surah Ad-Dukhan (44:51), a Meccan surah, is in juz 25, on page 498 of the mushaf. Read it in Arabic with its transliteration, translations and tafsir, and listen to it recited by 74 reciters.

Those who are mindful of their Lord through carrying out His commands and refraining from His prohibitions will be in a place of residence, safe from every misfortune that could afflict them.
Indeed, the righteous will be in a safe place,
Verily, the Muttaqûn (the pious. See V.2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise).
Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured.
As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security,
Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place,
Surely the pious will be in a station constantly secure,
فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ
In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinnī -
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ
Untouched before them by man or jinnī -
كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ
As if they were rubies and coral.
هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَٰنُ
Is the reward for good [anything] but good?
إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلْأَشْهَٰدُ …
Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand - …
They share a sequence of words with this verse: useful for telling them apart when memorising.
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs,
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs,
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure,
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَنَهَرٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers,
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى ظِلَٰلٍ وَعُيُونٍ
Indeed, the righteous will be among shades and springs
