On his father's authority, said that his grandfather 'Abd Allah b. 'Amr reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: The proviso of a loan combined with a sale is not allowable, nor two conditions relating to one transaction, nor profit arising from something which is not in one's charge, nor selling what is not in your possession.
Reported by Abu Dawud (No. 3504, 495, 1151, 2129), At-Tirmidhi (No. 1181, 1234, 2819, 3471), An-Nasa’i (No. 3353, 4611, 4630) and Ahmad (No. 6384, 6422, 6491, 6640, 6668).

بيّن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بعض البيوع التي لا تجوز، وهي:
أولًا: لا يجوز بيع مع شرط قرض، بأن يقول: بعتك هذا العبد على أن تسلفني ألفًا، وقيل: هو أن تقرضه ثم تبيع منه شيئًا بأكثر من قيمته، فإنه حرام؛ لأنه قرض جر نفعًا.
وثانيًا: لا يجوز شرطان في بيع بأن يقول: بعتك هذا العبد بألف نقدًا أو بألفين نسيئة، ويفترقا على ذلك دون تحديدي أحد الثمنين، فمعناه معنى البيعتين في بيعة.
وثالثًا: لا يجوز ربح ما لم يضمنه، بأن يبيع سلعة لو تلفت لم يخسرها، مثل ما اشتراها ولم يقبضه، فهي من ضمان البائع الأول، وليست من ضمانه، فهذا لا يجوز بيعه حتى يقبضه، فيكون من ضمانه.
ورابعًا: لا يجوز بيع ما ليس في ملكك وقدرتك، ويدخل في ذلك كل شيء ليس بمضمون عليه.
تحريم العينة؛ لأنها بيعتان في بيعة.
بيان حكم بيع ما ليس عند الإنسان، وهو التحريم.
تحريم كل غرر في تعامل المسلم لأخيه، فلا يجوز له أن يعامله بما فيه غش، أو خداع.
