Who is Allah, (God) ?

Allah is the name that designates God in Islam. Allah (SWT) is the creator of the whole universe (the heavens, the earth…) and everything therein, including the humans.

There is only one God, Allah is neither masculine nor feminine, Allah does not resemble any creature. Allah (SWT) can see everything, but we cannot see Him.

In Surah Ash-Shura, verse 11, Allah (SWT) said: “He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you pairs from among yourselves, and pairs from the cattle. He makes you expand in this way. Nothing is like Him. And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing”.

It’s Allah (SWT) who sent His Prophets and Messengers to transmit His words.

Our duty to God is to be grateful to Him, to have created us and to have given us all that we need to live on this earth. We must worship Him and obey His orders.

  1. Thanks a lot. I'm happy by reading this. May Allah bless you and your family. And also the Muslim all over the world. May Allah have you jannah a-fiddaus

  2. Allah created the Heavens and Earth and it runs its course without interference or assistance of Man.It flourishes without man's destructive influence.Everything is in perfect symmetry and everything, even the ant is a necessary part of the ecology. Allah has taken care of all the needs of His creatures. We do not have to water the earth or feed the creatures on land, sea or air. As for Man - he has only one responsibility - To Recognize His Creator, Acknowledge His Greatness and Worship Him - the easiest duty. The COVID-19 Pandemic is a good lesson on where we humans stand and the meaning of Allahu Akbar.

  3. I believe in Oneness of Allah,He is alone and has no partner.
May peace and blessing of Allah be upon the prophet Muhammad(pbuh),his family members, companions and on all those who follow his path to the day of judgement.
