سورة الصافات، الآية ٣
فَٱلتَّٰلِيَٰتِ ذِكْرًا ٣
fal-tāliyāti dhik'ran
And those who recite the message,1286
[1286] To the prophets or among themselves. Allāh (subḥānahu wa taʿālā) swears by these three kinds of angels to the fact mentioned in the following verse.
Verse 3 of Surah As-Saffat (37:3), a Meccan surah, is in juz 23, on page 446 of the mushaf. Read it in Arabic with its transliteration, translations and tafsir, and listen to it recited by 73 reciters.

And I take an oath in the angels who recite the Qur’ān.
and those who recite Allah’s words1,
[1] Allah swears by three kinds of angels in these three above-mentioned verses to emphasize what comes in the next verse.
By those (angels) who bring the Book and the Qur’ân from Allâh to mankind [Tafsir Ibn Kathîr].
And those who read (the Word) for a reminder,
And thus proclaim the Message (of Allah)!
Then those who recite, being mindful,
Then by the reciters of a Remembrance,
فَٱلْمُلْقِيَٰتِ ذِكْرًا …
And those [angels] who deliver a message …
