Tafsir of verse 17
Al-Mukhtasar
Then he is required to be from those who have faith in Allah and advise each other to remain steadfast on act of obedience and refraining from sins, and bearing patience over difficulties, together with advising one another to show mercy to the servants of Allah.
then [most importantly] to be one of those who believe and exhort one another to patience and exhort one another to compassion.
Then he became one of those who believed (in the Islamic Monotheism) and recommended one another to perseverance and patience, and (also) recommended one another to pity and compassion.
And to be of those who believe and exhort one another to perseverance and exhort one another to pity.
Then will he be of those who believe, and enjoin patience, (constancy, and self-restraint), and enjoin deeds of kindness and compassion.
Then he is of those who believe and charge one another to show patience, and charge one another to show compassion.
Thereafter he is one of the ones who believed, and enjoined one another to have patience, and enjoined one another to do merciful deeds.
Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do.
