سورة المدثر، الآية ٤٨
فَمَا تَنفَعُهُمْ شَفَٰعَةُ ٱلشَّٰفِعِينَ ٤٨
famā tanfaʿuhum shafāʿatu l-shāfiʿīna
So there will not benefit them the intercession of [any] intercessors.
Verse 48 of Surah Al-Muddaththir (74:48), a Meccan surah, is in juz 29, on page 577 of the mushaf. Read it in Arabic with its transliteration, translations and tafsir, and listen to it recited by 73 reciters.

On the Day of Judgment, the mediation of intercessors from the angels, prophets and pious ones, will not benefit them, because the requirement for the acceptance of intercession is that the thing for which intercession is made must be approved.
So the intercession of intercessors will not benefit them.
So no intercession of intercessors will be of any use to them.
The mediation of no mediators will avail them then.
Then will no intercession of (any) intercessors profit them.
So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them.
So in no way will the intercession of the intercessors profit them.
وَٱعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَكَ ٱلْيَقِينُ
And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty [i.e., death].
وَإِذَا جَآءَتْهُمْ ءَايَةٌ قَالُوا۟ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ حَتَّىٰ نُؤْتَىٰ مِثْلَ مَآ أُوتِىَ رُسُلُ ٱللَّهِ ٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ حَيْثُ يَجْعَلُ رِسَالَتَهُۥ سَيُصِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ صَغَارٌ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَمْكُرُونَ
And when a sign comes to them, they say, "Never will we believe until we are given like that which was given to the messengers of Allāh." Allāh is most knowing of where [i.e., with whom] He places His message. There will afflict those who committed crimes debasement before Allāh and severe punishment for what they used to conspire.
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
And you do not will except that Allāh wills. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.
