سورة الماعون، الآية ٣
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ٣
walā yaḥuḍḍu ʿalā ṭaʿāmi l-mis'kīni
And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

He does not encourage himself nor others in feeding the poor.
and does not urge others to feed the needy.
And urges not on the feeding of Al-Miskîn (the poor),2
[2] (V.107:3) Narrated Abû Hurairah رضي الله عنه: The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a Mujâhid (fighter) who fights for Allâh’s Cause, or like him who performs prayers all the night and fasts all the day." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.7, Hadith No.265).
And urgeth not the feeding of the needy.
And encourages not the feeding of the indigent.
And does not urge (others) to feed the poor.
And does not urge the (offering) of food to the indigent.
كَلَّا بَل لَّا تُكْرِمُونَ ٱلْيَتِيمَ …
No! But you do not honor the orphan …
