سورة الحاقة، الآية ٥٠
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَحَسْرَةٌ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ٥٠
wa-innahu laḥasratun ʿalā l-kāfirīna
And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers.
Verse 50 of Surah Al-Haqqah (69:50), a Meccan surah, is in juz 29, on page 568 of the mushaf. Read it in Arabic with its transliteration, translations and tafsir, and listen to it recited by 74 reciters.

Indeed, rejection of this Qur’ān will be a means of great regret on the Day of Judgement.
and it11 will certainly be a source of regret for the disbelievers.
[11] i.e., denying this Qur’an.
And indeed it (this Qur’ân) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection).2

And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers.
But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers.
And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers.
And surely it is indeed a (source of) regret to the disbelievers.
كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَٰهُ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ …
Thus have We inserted it [i.e., disbelief] into the hearts of the criminals. …
وَحِيلَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ مَا يَشْتَهُونَ كَمَا فُعِلَ بِأَشْيَاعِهِم مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ فِى شَكٍّ مُّرِيبٍۭ
And prevention will be placed between them and what they desire, as was done with their kind before. Indeed, they were in disquieting doubt [i.e., denial].
