أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ أَوْ أَهْلِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ

If a slave marries without his master’s permission, he is a fornicator

Jābir ibn ‘Abdullāh (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a slave marries without his master’s permission, he is a fornicator."

عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ ‏"

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Any slave who marries without the permission of his masters or owners is (like) a fornicator." [Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, an-Nasa'i and at-Tirmidhi; the latter graded it Sahih (authentic), as did Ibn Hibban].

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ أَوْ أَهْلِهِ , فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ…

Jabir reported the Prophet as saying, “Any slave who marries without his master's permission is a fornicator.” Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Darimi transmitted it.

وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ والدرامي
