حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَسَوَّى النَّاسُ صُفُوفَهُمْ،

فَخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَتَقَدَّمَ وَهْوَ جُنُبٌ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ عَلَى مَكَانِكُمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ فَرَجَعَ فَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ وَرَأْسُهُ يَقْطُرُ مَاءً فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ‏.‏

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Once Iqama was pronounced and the people had straightened the rows, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) went forward (to lead the prayer) but he was Junub, so he said, "Remain in your places." And he went out, took a bath and returned with water trickling from his head. Then he led the prayer.

Explanation in Arabic

الطَّهارةُ مِنَ الحَدِث شرْطٌ في الصَّلاةِ، فلا تصحُّ صلاةٌ بغيرِ طُهورٍ. وفي هذا الحديثِ يَروي أبو هُرَيرةَ رَضيَ اللهُ عنه أنَّ إحدى الصَّلَواتِ أُقيمتْ في مَسجِدِ رسولِ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ ذاتَ يَومٍ، فعُدِّلتِ الصُّفوفُ وسُوِّيتْ، وقام الناسُ للصَّلاةِ، وخرَج النبيُّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ لِيَؤُمَّ الناسَ، ولَمَّا وقَف في مَوقفِ الإمامِ تذَكَّر أنَّه جُنُبٌ، وأنَّه لم يَغتسِلْ مِن الجَنابةِ، وتُطلَقُ الجَنابةُ على كلِّ مَن أَنزَل المنِيَّ أو جامَعَ، وسُمِّيَ الجُنُبُ بذلك؛ لاجتِنابِه الصَّلاةَ والعباداتِ حتَّى يَطَّهَّرَ مِن الجَنابةِ، فأمَر النبيُّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ أصحابَه رَضيَ اللهُ عنهم أن يَلزَموا أماكنَهم، ثُمَّ رجَع النبيُّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ إلى حُجُراتِ زَوجاتِه فاغتسَلَ، وخرَجَ إليهم ورأسُه يَقطُرُ مِنَ الماءِ؛ مِن أثَرِ الغُسلِ، ثُمَّ صلَّى بالناسِ إمامًا. وهذا مِن تعليمِ النبيِّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ لأصحابِه وأُمَّتِه ألَّا يَتحرَّجَ أحدٌ مِن أعمالِ الطَّهارةِ، وفِعلِ ما شرَعَه اللهُ إذا ذكَرَه، ولا يَتحرَّجَ مِن النَّاسِ.وفي الحديثِ: خروجُ مَن ذَكَر في المَسجدِ أنَّه جُنبٌ؛ ليَغتسِلَ، ولا يَلزَمُه التيمُّمُ لمشْيهِ للخُروجِ، ومِثلُه مَن أرادَ المرورَ في المَسجِد وهو جُنُبٌ.

قَوْله : ( حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ) كَذَا فِي جَمِيعِ الرِّوَايَات غَيْر مَنْسُوب , وَجَوَّزَ اِبْن طَاهِر وَالْجَيَّانِيُّ أَنَّهُ إِسْحَاقُ بْن مَنْصُور , وَبِهِ جَزَمَ الْمِزِّيُّ , وَكُنْت أُجَوِّزُ أَنَّهُ اِبْن رَاهْوَيْهِ لِثُبُوتِهِ فِي مُسْنَده عَنْ الْفِرْيَابِيِّ إِلَى أَنْ رَأَيْت فِي سِيَاقه لَهُ مُغَايِرَةً. وَمُحَمَّد بْن يُوسُفَ هُوَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ وَقَدْ أَكْثَرَ الْبُخَارِيّ عَنْهُ بِغَيْرِ وَاسِطَةٍ. قَوْله : ( عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ) صَرَّحَ بِالتَّحْدِيثِ فِي الْمَوْضِعَيْنِ إِسْحَاق بْن رَاهْوَيْهِ فِي رِوَايَته لَهُ عَنْ الْفِرْيَابِيِّ , وَمِنْ طَرِيقِهِ أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ فِي الْمُسْتَخْرَج. قَوْله : ( فَتَقَدَّمَ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ ) أَيْ فِي نَفْس…
