حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ بُخْتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏

إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَ الْخَمْرَ وَثَمَنَهَا وَحَرَّمَ الْمَيْتَةَ وَثَمَنَهَا وَحَرَّمَ الْخِنْزِيرَ وَثَمَنَهُ ‏"

Narrated Abu Hurairah:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: Allah forbade wine and the price paid for it, and forbade dead meat and the price paid for it, and forbade swine and the price paid for it.

Al-Azimabadi — Awn al-Ma'bud

( عَنْ عَبْد الْوَهَّاب بْن بُخْت ) : بِضَمِّ الْمُوَحَّدَة وَسُكُون الْمُعْجَمَة بَعْدهَا مُثَنَّاة ثِقَة مِنْ الْخَامِسَة ( وَحَرَّمَ الْمَيْتَة ) : بِفَتْحِ الْمِيم هِيَ مَا زَالَتْ عَنْهُ الْحَيَاة لَا بِذَكَاةٍ شَرْعِيَّة ( وَحَرَّمَ الْخِنْزِير وَثَمَنه ) : قَالَ الْخَطَّابِيّ : فِيهِ دَلِيل عَلَى فَسَاد بَيْع السِّرْقِين وَبَيْع كُلّ نَجَس الْعَيْن. وَفِيهِ دَلِيل عَلَى أَنَّ بَيْع شَعْر الْخِنْزِير لَا يَجُوز لِأَنَّهُ جُزْء مِنْهُ. وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي جَوَاز الِانْتِفَاع بِهِ فَكَرِهَتْ طَائِفَة ذَلِكَ. وَمِمَّنْ مَنْع مِنْهُ اِبْن سِيرِينَ وَالْحَكَم وَحَمَّاد وَالشَّافِعِيّ وَأَحْمَد وَإِسْحَاق وَقَالَ أَحْمَد وَإِسْحَاق اللِّيف أَحَبّ إِلَيْنَا. وَرَخَّصَ فِيهِ الْحَسَن وَالْأَوْزَ…
