سورة ابراهيم، الآية ٤٩
وَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ ٤٩
watarā l-muj'rimīna yawma-idhin muqarranīna fī l-aṣfādi
And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in irons,

50. Their clothes will be made from resin (a highly flammable substance), and their sullen faces will be covered with fire.
On that Day you will see the wicked bound together in chains39,
[39] i.e., their hands and feet will be chained to their necks. See 40:70-72.
And you will see the Mujrimûn (criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism, polytheists) that Day Muqarranûn7 (bound together) in fetters.
[7] (V.14:49) Muqarranûn in fetters mean with their hands and feet tied to their necks with chains.
Thou wilt see the guilty on that day linked together in chains,
And thou wilt see the sinners that day bound together in fetters;-
And you will see the guilty on that day linked together in chains.
And you will see the criminals upon that Day interlinked in the fetters,
ٱحْشُرُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَأَزْوَٰجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْبُدُونَ
[The angels will be ordered], "Gather those who committed wrong, their kinds, and what they used to worship
وَإِذَا ٱلنُّفُوسُ زُوِّجَتْ
And when the souls are paired
وَإِذَآ أُلْقُوا۟ مِنْهَا مَكَانًا ضَيِّقًا مُّقَرَّنِينَ دَعَوْا۟ هُنَالِكَ ثُبُورًا
And when they are thrown into a narrow place therein bound in chains, they will cry out thereupon for destruction.
وَٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّآءٍ وَغَوَّاصٍ …
And [also] the devils [of jinn] - every builder and diver …
