تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ ٢٢٢
Transliteration
tanazzalu ʿalā kulli affākin athīmin

“They come down to every fortune-teller, who is a perpetual liar, sinner and disobeyer.”
