سورة القلم، الآية ١٣
عُتُلٍّۭ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ زَنِيمٍ ١٣
ʿutullin baʿda dhālika zanīmin
Cruel, moreover, and an illegitimate pretender.1725
[1725] i.e., claiming a particular lineage falsely. The description given in these verses is of al-Waleed bin al-Mugheerah (see also 74:11-25) or possibly, as asserted by Ibn Katheer, al-Akhnas bin Shurayq.

Violent (and cruel),- with all that, base-born,-
Ignoble, besides all that, base-born;
Coarse-grained, and of spurious parentage after all (Literally: after that)
لَهُ زَنَمَةٌ مِثْلُ زَنَمَةِ الشَّاةِ
"Shall I inform you about the people of Paradise? Every weak person who is looked down upon, if he were to make an oath in the name of Allah, He would fulfill it. Shall I inform you about the people of Hellfire? Every cruel, greedy, and arrogant person."
أَلاَ أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ كُلُّ ضَعِيفٍ مُتَضَعِّفٍ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ، أَلاَ أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ النَّارِ كُلُّ عُتُلٍّ جَوَّاظٍ مُسْتَكْبِرٍ "
