Tafsir of verse 2
Al-Mukhtasar
O those who have faith in Allah and follow whatever He legislates! Show good manners with His Messenger: do not raise your voices in his presence nor speak loudly to him out of respect for him, like you raise your voices to each other whilst talking to them. It is feared that the rewards of your deeds are nullified if you do so, whilst you do not realise they have been nullified.
O you who believe, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak loudly to him as you speak loudly to one another2, lest your deeds become worthless without you realizing it.
Notes

Do not make [your] calling of the Messenger among yourselves as the call of one of you to another. Already Allāh knows those of you who slip away, concealed by others. So let those beware who dissent from his [i.e., the Prophet's] order, lest fitnah strike them or a painful punishment.
