So resort to Allah by declaring His transcendence from everything not appropriate for Him, and by praising Him with the attributes of His perfection; and be one of those who worship Allah and pray to Him. In that there is a cure for the strain on your heart.

So glorify the praises of your Lord and be of those who prostrate themselves (to Him).7

Ibn ‘Abbâs further said, "When I heard the (Dhikr), I would learn that the compulsory congregational prayer had ended." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.1, Hadîth No.802).

But hymn the praise of thy Lord, and be of those who make prostration (unto Him).
But celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and be of those who prostrate themselves in adoration.
Therefore celebrate the praise of your Lord, and be of those who make obeisance.
So extol with the praise of your Lord and be of the prostrating.
