Al-Mukhtasar
It is Allah who has made the night like a garment to cover you and cover all things. It is He who made sleep a rest that you could enjoy from your occupation. It is He who made the day a time when you go out to your work.
It is He Who has made the night as a garment25 for you, and made sleep for rest; and has made daytime for returning to life26.

And He it is Who maketh night a covering for you, and sleep repose, and maketh day a resurrection.
And He it is Who makes the Night as a Robe for you, and Sleep as Repose, and makes the Day (as it were) a Resurrection.

And He is the One Who has made the night for you (to be) a garment and sleep for repose and has made day-time for rising.
And out of His mercy He made for you the night and the day that you may rest therein and [by day] seek from His bounty and [that] perhaps you will be grateful.
