حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو السَّوَّاقُ الْبَلْخِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَيْسٍ قَالَ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَهُ الصُّبْحَ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَوَجَدَنِي أُصَلِّي فَقَالَ ‏

"‏ مَهْلاً يَا قَيْسُ أَصَلاَتَانِ مَعًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ رَكَعْتُ رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَلاَ إِذًا ‏"

Qais narrated:

"Allah's Messenger (S) went out and the Iqamah was called for the Salat so I prayed As-Subh with him. Then the Prophet (S) turned and found me performing Salat so he said: 'Easy O Qais! Are there two prayers together?' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! I did not perform the two Rak'ah (before) Fajr.' He said: 'Then there is no harm.'"

قَوْلُهُ : ( حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو السَّوَّاقُ ) بِفَتْحِ السِّينِ وَتَشْدِيدِ الْوَاوِ الْبَلْخِيُّ صَدُوقٌ رَوَى عَنْ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ وَهُشَيْمٍ وَوَكِيعٍ وَغَيْرِهِمْ وَعَنْهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو زُرْعَةَ وَغَيْرُهُمْ تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ 236 سِتٍّ وَثَلَاثِينَ وَمِائَتَيْنِ ( أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ ) بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ. قَالَ الْحَافِظُ فِي مُقَدِّمَةِ فَتْحِ الْبَارِي : أَحَدُ مَشَاهِيرِ الْمُحَدِّثِينَ وَثَّقَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ , وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ كَانَ مَعْرُوفًا بِالطَّلَبِ وَإِذَا حَدَّثَ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ فَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ وَإِذَا حَدَّثَ مِنْ كُتُبِ النَّاس…

“The Prophet (ﷺ) saw a man praying two Rak’ah after the Subh prayer and said, ‘Is the Subh prayer to be offered twice?’ The man said to him: ‘I did not pray the two Rak’ah before it, so I prayed them (now).’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) remained silent.”

"‏ أَصَلاَةَ الصُّبْحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ؟ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ إِنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ صَلَّيْتُ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ قَبْلَهَا فَصَلَّيْتُهُمَا ‏.‏ قَالَ فَسَكَتَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم
