أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ الْهَادِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

لَيُصَلِّي وَإِنِّي لَمُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ اعْتِرَاضَ الْجَنَازَةِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ مَسَّنِي بِرِجْلِهِ ‏.‏

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:

"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to pray when I was lying in front of him as the bier is placed (in front of the Imam), and when he wanted to pray Witr he would nudge me with his foot."

Al-Sindi — Hashiyat al-Sindi on Sunan al-Nasa'i

قَوْله ( مَسَّنِي بِرِجْلِهِ لِيُوقِظَنِي ) وَمَعْلُوم أَنَّ ذَاكَ كَانَ مَسًّا بِلَا شَهْوَة فَاسْتَدَلَّ بِهِ الْمُصَنِّف عَلَى أَنَّ الْمَسّ بِلَا شَهْوَة لَا يَنْقُض ,َأَمَّا بِالشَّهْوَةِ فَالدَّلِيل عَلَى عَدَم الِانْتِقَاض أَنَّ الْأَصْل هُوَ الْعَدَم حَتَّى يَظْهَر دَلِيل الِانْتِقَاض لِلْقَائِلِ بِهِ وَهَذَا يَكْفِي فِي الْقَوْل بِعَدَمِ النَّقْض بَلْ سَيَظْهَرُ دَلِيل الْعَدَم وَهُوَ حَدِيث الْقُبْلَة إِذْ الْقُبْلَة لَا تَخْلُو عَادَة عَنْ مَسّ بِشَهْوَةٍ وَاَللَّه تَعَالَى أَعْلَم.…

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to pray at night and she (‘A’ishah) would lie between him and the qiblah, sleeping on the bed on which he would sleep. When he wanted to offer the witr prayer, he awakened her and she offered the witr prayer.

يُصَلِّي صَلاَتَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَهِيَ مُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ رَاقِدَةً عَلَى الْفِرَاشِ الَّذِي يَرْقُدُ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ أَيْقَظَهَا فَأَوْتَرَتْ ‏.‏
