Sunan Abu Dawud 1829

'Pants (are allowed) for one who cannot find an Izar, and Khuffs for one who cannot find sandals to wear in Ihram.;;

"‏ السَّرَاوِيلُ لِمَنْ لاَ يَجِدُ الإِزَارَ وَالْخُفَّيْنِ لِمَنْ لاَ يَجِدُ النَّعْلَيْنِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ لِلْمُحْرِمِ ‏.‏

Narrated by Ibn ‘Abbās

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade that a Muhrim should wear clothes dyed with Saffron or Wars, and said, "Whoever has no shoes can put on Khuffs (socks made from thick fabric or leather) after cutting it below the ankles."

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever cannot get an Izar, can wear trousers, and whoever cannot wear sandals can wear Khuffs (socks made from thick fabric or leather)."

مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ إِزَارًا فَلْيَلْبَسْ سَرَاوِيلَ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ نَعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ خُفَّيْنِ ‏"

I heard the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) delivering a sermon at ‘Arafāt, in which he said: Whoever does not find slippers or sandals (Na‘l) may wear leather socks (Khuff), and whoever does not find a waist sheet (Izār) may wear pants (Sirwāl). He meant the pilgrim in the state of Ihrām

The Prophet (ﷺ) delivered a sermon at `Arafat and said, "Whoever does not get an Izar can wear trousers, and whoever cannot get a pair of shoes can wear Khuffs (socks made from thick fabric or leather)."

مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ الإِزَارَ فَلْيَلْبَسِ السَّرَاوِيلَ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ النَّعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسِ الْخُفَّيْنِ ‏"

I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say as he was delivering an address: So far as the trousers are concerned, one who does not find lower garment, he may wear them; as also socks, he may wear them who does not find shoes. It concerns the Muhrim.

مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ إِزَارٌ فَلْيَلْبَسِ السَّرَاوِيلَ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ نَعْلاَنِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ خُفَّيْنِ ‏"
