ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ يَتَّقُونَ ٦٣
Transliteration
alladhīna āmanū wakānū yattaqūna
Translation
Those who believed and were fearing Allāh.

Al-Mukhtasar
The friends of Allah are those who possess the qualities of having faith in Allah and following His Messenger; they are mindful of Allah by fulfilling His instructions and avoiding His prohibitions.
