Al-Mukhtasar
They will give to one another cups of wine, bearing no resemeblness to the wine of this world, free from intoxication and that which arises from it, such as false speech.
They will pass around to one another a glass [of pure wine] which does not lead to idle talk or sin.
There they shall pass from hand to hand a (wine) cup, free from any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk between them), and free from sin5 (because it will be lawful for them to drink).
Notes
[5] (V.52:23) See Footnote b, c and d of (V.2:219).
There they pass from hand to hand a cup wherein is neither vanity nor cause of sin.
They shall there exchange, one with another, a (loving) cup free of frivolity, free of all taint of ill.
They shall pass therein from one to another a cup wherein there shall be nothing vain nor any sin.
Therein they will (obligingly) contend with one another cups, and there is no idle talk, and no room for vice.
