سورة القمر، الآية ٤٩
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ ٤٩
innā kulla shayin khalaqnāhu biqadarin
Indeed, all things We created with predestination.

I have created everything in existence with a prior determination from Me, in accordance with My knowledge and what I had written in the Preserved Tablet.
We have surely created everything in a determined measure19.
[19] Or perfectly preordained.
Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz).
Lo! We have created every thing by measure.
Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure.
Surely We have created everything according to a measure.
Surely We created everything by a determined estimate.
جَاءَ مُشْرِكُو قُرَيْشٍ يُخَاصِمُونَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْقَدَرِ فَنَزَلَتْ { يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ* إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ}
جَاءَ مُشْرِكُو قُرَيْشٍ يُخَاصِمُونَ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي الْقَدَرِ فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ {يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ * إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ…
جَاءَ مُشْرِكُو قُرَيْشٍ يُخَاصِمُونَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْقَدَرِ فَنَزَلَتْْ :
ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ شَرِيكٌ فِى ٱلْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ تَقْدِيرًا
He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and who has not taken a son and has not had a partner in dominion and has created each thing and determined it with [precise] determination.
سَبِّحِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلْأَعْلَى …
Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, …
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلْمَآءِ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَلَئِن قُلْتَ إِنَّكُم مَّبْعُوثُونَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ٱلْمَوْتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ
And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and His Throne had been upon water - that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. But if you say, "Indeed, you are resurrected after death," those who disbelieve will surely say, "This is not but obvious magic."
