فَجَعَلْنَٰهُ فِى قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ ٢١
Transliteration
fajaʿalnāhu fī qarārin makīnin

Al-Mukhtasar
I then put that contemptuous fluid into a safe place i.e. the woman’s womb.
