وَذَكَرَ ٱسْمَ رَبِّهِۦ فَصَلَّىٰ ١٥
Transliteration
wadhakara is'ma rabbihi faṣallā

Tafsir of verse 15
Al-Mukhtasar
Who remembered his Lord by the various forms of remembrance that He ordained. Who discharged the prayer in the required manner.

And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allâh), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawâfil - additional prayers).
And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth,
