حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنَّ عَطَاءَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا

، قَرَّبَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَنْبًا مَشْوِيًّا فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ وَمَا تَوَضَّأَ ‏.‏

Narrated Umm Salamah:

That she brought a side of roasted meat to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), so he ate it from it and stood for Salat, and did not perform Wudu'

He said: There are narrations on this topic from 'Abdullah bin Al-Harith, Al-Mughirah, and Abu Rafi'

قَوْلُهُ : ( حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ) هُوَ الصِّيصِيُّ الْأَعْوَرُ ( أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ) اِبْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْكِنْدِيُّ الْمَدَنِيُّ الْأَعْرَجُ ثِقَةٌ ثَبْتٌ مِنْ الْخَامِسَةِ. قَوْلُهُ : ( إِنَّهَا قَرَّبَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَنْبًا مَشْوِيًّا فَأَكَلَ مِنْهُ ) أَيْ مِنْ الْجَنْبِ الْمَشْوِيِّ. فَإِنْ قُلْت : مَا وَجْهُ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَبَيْنَ حَدِيثِ أَنَسٍ : مَا أَكَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُبْزًا مُرَقَّقًا وَلَا شَاةً مَسْمُوطَةً حَتَّى لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ , أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ. قُلْت : قَالَ اِبْنُ بَطَّالٍ مَا مُلَخَّصُهُ : يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ هَذَ…

My father and I went to `Aisha and she said, "I testify that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) at times used to get up in the morning in a state of Janaba from sexual intercourse, not from a wet dream and then he would fast that day." Then he went to Um Salama and she also narrated a similar thing.

كَانَ لَيُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ جِمَاعٍ غَيْرِ احْتِلاَمٍ، ثُمَّ يَصُومُهُ‏.‏

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at times got up in the morning in a state of junub on account of having a sexual intercourse (with his wives during night) but not due to sexual dreams in the month of Ramadan, and would observe fast.

لَيُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ جِمَاعٍ غَيْرِ احْتِلاَمٍ فِي رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ ‏.‏
