Chapter: What Has Been Related About Forgetting The rime Of Asr

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏

"‏ الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ صَلاَةُ الْعَصْرِ فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ ‏"

Ibn Umar narrated that :

the Prophet said: "Whoever misses the Asr prayer, then it is as if he was robbed of his family and his property."

Al-Mubarakfuri — Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi

قَوْلُهُ : ( فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ ) عَلَى بِنَاءِ الْمَفْعُولِ أَيْ سُلِبَ وَأُخِذَ ( أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ ) بِنَصْبِهِمَا , وَرَفْعِهِمَا , قَالَ الْحَافِظُ هُوَ بِالنَّصْبِ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ عَلَى أَنَّهُ مَفْعُولٌ ثَانٍ لِوُتِرَ وَأُضْمِرَ فِي وُتِرَ مَفْعُولُ مَا لَمْ يُسَمَّ فَاعِلُهُ وَهُوَ عَائِدٌ إِلَى الَّذِي فَاتَتْهُ , فَالْمَعْنَى أُصِيبَ بِأَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ وَهُوَ مُتَعَدٍّ إِلَى مَفْعُولَيْنِ , وَمِثْلُهُ قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى { وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ } وَقِيلَ وُتِرَ هَاهُنَا بِمَعْنَى نُقِصَ فَعَلَى هَذَا يَجُوزُ نَصْبُهُ وَرَفْعُهُ لِأَنَّ مَنْ رَدَّ النَّقْصَ إِلَى الرُّجُحِ نَصَبَ وَأَضْمَرَ مَا يَقُومُ مَقَامَ الْفَاعِلِ , وَمَنْ رَدَّهُ إِلَى الْأَهْلِ رَفَعَ , قَال…
