الثالث عنه قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم :
" عرضت علي أعمال أمتي حسنها وسيئها، فوجدت في محاسن أعمالها الأذى يماط عن الطريق، ووجدت في مساوىء أعمالها النخاعة تكون في المسجد لا تدفن"
Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The deeds of my Ummah, the good and the bad thereof, were presented to me. I found the removal of harm from the road among their good deeds, and the spittle in a mosque that was not buried among their bad deeds."

Allah, Glorified and Exalted, presented the deeds of all Muslims to our Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and he found the removal of harmful things from the road among the good deeds, and spitting in the mosque and not removing the spit by burying it or by any other way is among the bad deeds.
Explanation in Arabic
عرض الله عز وجل أعمال الأمة على نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فوجد من محاسنها: إزالة ما يؤذي المارة من الطريق، ووجد من سيئها أن يبصق الإنسان في المسجد ولا يزيلها بالدفن أو بغيره.
إطلاعُ الله -سبحانه وتعالى- رسولَه -صلى الله عليه وسلم- على أعمال أمته.
الأعمال تنقسم إلى حسن وسيء.
الأعمال الحسنة كل عمل فيه خير وإن دَقَّ، والسيئة التي فيها شر وإن دقَّ.
ينبغي الإكثار من وجوه الخير؛ إذ من جملتها ما يظنه الناس لا شأن له، كإماطة الأذى عن الطريق.
الحث على فعل ما ينفع الناس ويجلب لهم مصلحة، والبعد عن كل ما يضر بهم ويجلب لهم مفسدة.
وجوب احترام المساجد والمحافظة على آدابها وإخراج الأوساخ منها.
