أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ - وَعَبَّادُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ، - وَهُوَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ - قَالَ شُكِيَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الرَّجُلُ يَجِدُ الشَّىْءَ فِي الصَّلاَةِ قَالَ ‏

"‏ لاَ يَنْصَرِفْ حَتَّى يَجِدَ رِيحًا أَوْ يَسْمَعَ صَوْتًا ‏"

Sa'eed - meaning Ibn Al-Musayyab - and 'Abbad bin Tamim narrated that his uncle - 'Abdullah bin Zaid - said:

"A man who felt something during Salah complained to the Prophet (ﷺ). He said: 'Do not stop praying unless you notice a smell or hear a sound.'"

Al-Sindi — Hashiyat al-Sindi on Sunan al-Nasa'i

قَوْله ( شُكِيَ ) الْأَقْرَب أَنَّهُ عَلَى بِنَاء الْمَفْعُول وَالرَّجُل بِالرَّفْعِ عَلَى أَنَّهُ نَائِب الْفَاعِل وَجُمْلَة ( يَجِد الشَّيْء ) اِسْتِئْنَاف أَوْ صِفَة لِلرَّجُلِ عَلَى أَنَّ تَعْرِيفه لِلْجِنْسِ وَجَعْله حَالًا بَعِيد مَعْنًى وَيَحْتَمِل أَنْ يُقَال نَائِب الْفَاعِل وَالْجَارّ وَالْمَجْرُور وَالرَّجُل مُبْتَدَأ وَالْجُمْلَة خَبَره وَالْجُمْلَة اِسْتِئْنَاف بَيَان لِلشِّكَايَةِ كَأَنَّهُ قِيلَ مَاذَا قِيلَ فِي الشِّكَايَة فَأُجِيبَ قِيلَ الرَّجُل يَجِد إِلَخْ ,َأَمَّا جَعْل شَكَا مَبْنِيًّا لِلْفَاعِلِ وَالرَّجُل فَاعِله فَبَعِيد فَإِنَّ اللَّائِق حِينَئِذٍ أَنْ يُكْتَب شَكَا بِالْأَلِفِ وَأَنْ يَكُون قَوْله لَا يَنْصَرِف بِالْخِطَابِ لَا الْغَيْبَة ثُمَّ الْغَايَة تَدُلّ عَ…

"A complaint was made to the Prophet about a man who sensed something (some doubt about his ablution) during prayer. He said: 'No (he does not have to perform ablution) unless he notices a smell or hears a sound.'"

شُكِيَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ الرَّجُلُ يَجِدُ الشَّىْءَ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ لاَ حَتَّى يَجِدَ رِيحًا أَوْ يَسْمَعَ صَوْتًا ‏"

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If any one of you offers prayer and feels a movement between his paddocks, but is doubtful whether or not his ablution broke, he should not cease praying unless he hears a sound or perceives a smell.

إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَوَجَدَ حَرَكَةً فِي دُبُرِهِ أَحْدَثَ أَوْ لَمْ يُحْدِثْ فَأَشْكَلَ عَلَيْهِ فَلاَ يَنْصَرِفْ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ صَوْتًا أَوْ يَجِدَ رِيحًا ‏"
