حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَبَيْنَ خَالَةِ أَبِيهَا وَالْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَةِ أُمِّهَا أَوْ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّةِ أَبِيهَا أَوْ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّةِ أُمِّهَا فَقَالَ قَالَ قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا فَنَرَى خَالَةَ أُمِّهَا وَعَمَّةَ أُمِّهَا بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ الرَّضَاعِ يَكُونُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ
