حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَن سِمَاكٍ عَن جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ أَهْلَ بَيْتٍ كَانُوا بِالْحَرَّةِ مُحْتَاجِينَ فَمَاتَتْ عِنْدَهُمْ نَاقَةٌ لَهُمْ أَوْ بَعِيرٌ لَهُمْ فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَكْلِهَا قَالَ فَعَصَمَتْهُمْ بَقِيَّةَ شِتَائِهِمْ أَوْ سَنَتِهِمْ
