There would be in the last phase of the time a caliph who would distribute wealth but would not count.

يَكُونُ فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ خَلِيفَةٌ يَقْسِمُ الْمَالَ وَلاَ يَعُدُّهُ ‏"

Narrated by Jābir ibn ‘Abdullāh

Jabir reported God's messenger as saying, "In the last days there will be a Caliph who will distribute wealth without reckoning it." In a version he said, "Among the last of my people there will be a Caliph who will pour out wealth without counting it." Muslim transmitted it.

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَكُونُ فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ خَلِيفَةٌ يُقَسِّمُ الْمَالَ وَلَا يَعُدُّهُ» . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: قَالَ: «يَكُونُ فِي آخِرِ أُمَّتِي خَلِيفَةٌ…

From among your caliphs there will be a caliph, at the end of times, who will distribute money without counting it

Abu Sa‘īd al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "From among your caliphs there will be a caliph, at the end of times, who will distribute money without counting it."

"‏يكون خليفة ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏ خلفائكم في آخر الزمان يحثو المال ولا يعده‏"

There would be a caliph in the last (period) of my Ummah who would freely give handfuls of wealth to the people without counting it

Abu Nadrah reported: We were in the company of Jābir ibn ‘Abdullāh and he said: "It may soon happen that the people of Iraq may not send their Qiffīz and dirhams (their measures of food stuff and their money)." We said: "Who would be responsible for it?" He said: "The non-Arabs would prevent them."…

There would be amongst your caliphs a caliph who would give handfuls of wealth to the people, but would not count it. In the narration transmitted on the authority of Ibn Hujr, there is a slight variation of wording.

مِنْ خُلَفَائِكُمْ خَلِيفَةٌ يَحْثُو الْمَالَ حَثْيًا لاَ يَعُدُّهُ عَدَدًا ‏"
