Sahih Muslim 2915b

One who is better than I informed me, that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to `Ammar as he was digging the ditch (on the ocassion of the Battle of the Ditch) wiping over his head: O son of Summayya, you will be involved in trouble and a group of the rebels would kill you.

بُؤْسَ ابْنِ سُمَيَّةَ تَقْتُلُكَ فِئَةٌ بَاغِيةٌ ‏"

“The transgressing party will kill 'Ammar ('Ammar bin Yasir).” Related by Muslim.

وَعَنْ أَمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ تَقْتُلُ عَمَّارًا اَلْفِئَةُ اَلْبَاغِيَةُ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1‏ .‏ ‏1 ‏- صحيح رواه مسلم (2916)‏ (73)‏.‏

وَعَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِعَمَّارٍ حِينَ يَحْفِرُ الْخَنْدَقَ فَجَعَلَ يَمْسَحُ رَأسه وَيَقُول: «بؤس بن سميَّة تقتلك الفئة الباغية» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم

that Ibn `Abbas told him and `Ali bin `Abdullah to go to Abu Sa`id and listen to some of his narrations; So they both went (and saw) Abu Sa`id and his brother irrigating a garden belonging to them. When he saw them, he came up to them and sat down with his legs drawn up and wrapped in his garment…

وَيْحَ عَمَّارٍ، تَقْتُلُهُ الْفِئَةُ الْبَاغِيَةُ، عَمَّارٌ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَيَدْعُونَهُ إِلَى النَّارِ ‏"
