وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم يقولُ: «مَنْ علِمَ الرَّميَ ثمَّ تَرَكَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا أَوْ قَدْ عَصَى» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
He told that he heard God’s Messenger say, “If anyone knows how to shoot and gives it up he does not belong to us,” or, “he has been disobedient.” Muslim transmitted it.

مَنْ عَلِمَ الرَّمْىَ ثُمَّ تَرَكَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا أَوْ قَدْ عَصَى "
"من عُلم الرمي ثم تركه فليس منا أو فقد عصى"
‘Uqbah ibn ‘Āmir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever learned archery then forsook it, is not one of us, or he said: he has indeed disobeyed."
عن عقبة بن عامر رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً: «من عَلِمَ الرمي، ثم تركه، فليس منا، أو فقد عصى».
" مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الرَّمْىَ ثُمَّ تَرَكَهُ فَقَدْ عَصَانِي "
