Chapter: What was narrated concerning voluntary Prayers offered at home
Narrator:Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ
" لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا بُيُوتَكُمْ قُبُورًا "
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:
“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Do not make your houses into graves.’”
Reported by Ibn Majah (No. 1377).

قَوْله ( لَا تَتَّخِذُوا بُيُوتكُمْ قُبُورًا ) أَيْ كَالْقَبْرِ فِي الْخُلُوّ عَنْ الصَّلَاة أَوْ لَا تَكُونُوا كَالْأَمْوَاتِ فِيهَا غَيْر ذَاكِرِينَ فَتَكُون الْبُيُوت لَكُمْ كَالْقُبُورِ.…

" لا تجعلوا بيوتكم مقابر، إن الشيطان ينفر من البيت الذي تقرأ فيه سورة البقرة"
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: اجلعوا من صلاتكم في بيوتكم، ولا تتخذوها قبورًا". ((متفق عليه)).
" اجْعَلُوا مِنْ صَلاَتِكُمْ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ "
"Do not turn your houses like graves, and do not take my grave a place for celebration, and invoke (Allah's) blessings upon me, for your invoking of Allah's blessings upon me will reach me wherever you may be."
لاَ تَجْعَلُوا بُيُوتَكُمْ قُبُورًا وَلاَ تَجْعَلُوا قَبْرِي عِيدًا وَصَلُّوا عَلَىَّ فَإِنَّ صَلاَتَكُمْ تَبْلُغُنِي حَيْثُ كُنْتُمْ "
اجْعَلُوا فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ مِنْ صَلاَتِكُمْ وَلاَ تَتَّخِذُوهَا قُبُورًا "
" عَلَيْكُمْ بِهَذِهِ الصَّلاَةِ فِي الْبُيُوتِ "
