Narrator:Anas ibn Mālik

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، قَالَ كُنْتُ قَائِمًا عَلَى الْحَىِّ أَسْقِيهِمْ ـ عُمُومَتِي وَأَنَا أَصْغَرُهُمُ ـ الْفَضِيخَ، فَقِيلَ حُرِّمَتِ الْخَمْرُ‏.‏ فَقَالُوا أَكْفِئْهَا‏.‏ فَكَفَأْتُهَا‏.‏ قُلْتُ لأَنَسٍ مَا شَرَابُهُمْ قَالَ رُطَبٌ وَبُسْرٌ‏.‏ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَنَسٍ وَكَانَتْ خَمْرَهُمْ‏.‏ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ أَنَسٌ‏.‏ وَحَدَّثَنِي بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِي أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ

كَانَتْ خَمْرَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ

Narrated Anas:

While I was waiting on my uncles and serving them with (wine prepared from) dates----and I was the youngest of them----it was said, "Alcoholic drinks have been prohibited." So they said (to me), "Throw it away." So I threw it away.

قَوْله : ( قُلْت لِأَنَسٍ ) الْقَائِل هُوَ سُلَيْمَان التَّيْمِيِّ وَالِد مُعْتَمِر , وَقَوْله : " فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْر بْن أَنَس : وَكَانَتْ خَمْرهمْ " زَادَ مُسْلِم مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْه " يَوْمئِذٍ " وَقَوْله : " فَلَمْ يُنْكِر أَنَس " زَادَ مُسْلِم " ذَلِكَ " وَالْمَعْنَى أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْر بْن أَنَس كَانَ حَاضِرًا عِنْد أَنَس لَمَّا حَدَّثَهُمْ فَكَأَنَّ أَنَسًا حِينَئِذٍ لَمْ يُحَدِّثهُمْ بِهَذِهِ الزِّيَادَة إِمَّا نَسِيَانَا وَإِمَّا اِخْتِصَارًا , فَذَكَّرَهُ بِهَا اِبْنه أَبُو بَكْر فَأَقَرَّهُ عَلَيْهَا , وَقَدْ ثَبَتَ تَحْدِيث أَنَس بِهَا كَمَا سَأَذْكُرُهُ. قَوْله : ( وَحَدَّثَنِي بَعْض أَصْحَابِي ) الْقَائِل هُوَ سُلَيْمَان التَّيْمِيُّ أَيْضًا , وَهُوَ مَوْصُول بِالسَّنَدِ الْمَذْ…
