حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بُرْدَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏

مَنْ مَرَّ فِي شَىْءٍ مِنْ مَسَاجِدِنَا أَوْ أَسْوَاقِنَا بِنَبْلٍ، فَلْيَأْخُذْ عَلَى نِصَالِهَا، لاَ يَعْقِرْ بِكَفِّهِ مُسْلِمًا ‏"

Narrated Abu Burda bin `Abdullah:

(on the authority of his father) The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever passes through our mosques or markets with arrows should hold them by their heads lest he should injure a Muslim."

Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani — Fath al-Bari

قَوْله : ( أَوْ أَسْوَاقنَا ) هُوَ تَنْوِيعٌ مِنْ الشَّارِعِ وَلَيْسَ شَكًّا مِنْ الرَّاوِي , وَالْبَاءُ فِي قَوْلِهِ " بِنَبْلٍ " لِلْمُصَاحَبَةِ. قَوْله : ( عَلَى نِصَالِهَا ) ضُمِّنَ الْأَخْذُ مَعْنَى الِاسْتِعْلَاء لِلْمُبَالَغَةِ , أَوْ " عَلَى " بِمَعْنَى الْبَاء كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ فِي طَرِيقِ حَمَّاد عَنْ عَمْرو , وَسَيَأْتِي مِنْ طَرِيق ثَابِت عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَة. قَوْله : ( لَا يَعْقِرْ ) أَيْ لَا يَجْرَحْ , وَهُوَ مَجْزُومٌ نَظَرًا إِلَى أَنَّهُ جَوَاب الْأَمْر , وَيَجُوزُ الرَّفْعُ. قَوْله : ( بِكَفِّهِ ) مُتَعَلِّق بُقُوله " فَلْيَأْخُذْ " وَكَذَا رِوَايَة الْأَصِيلِيِّ " لَا يَعْقِرُ مُسْلِمًا بِكَفِّهِ " لَيْسَ قَوْله بِكَفِّهِ مُتَعَلِّقًا بِيَعْقِرْ , , وَالتَّقْدِيرُ : فَلْيَأْخ…

Abu Mūsa al-Ash‘ari (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever passes through any of our mosques or markets with arrows with him, he should hold them by their heads (blades) lest he injures any of the Muslims with them."

وعنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ “من مر في شيء من مساجدنا، أو أسواقنا، ومعه نبل فليمسك، أو ليقبض على نصالها بكفه أن يصيب أحدًا من المسلمين منها بشيء” ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏ ‏.‏
