Narrator:Anas ibn Mālik

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم

يَحْتَجِمُ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَظْلِمُ أَحَدًا أَجْرَهُ‏.‏

Narrated Anas:

The Prophet (ﷺ) used to get cupped and would never withhold the wages of any person .

Reported by Al-Bukhari (No. 2280) and Ahmad (No. 12351, 13254).

" 3579 " قَوْله : ( عَنْ عَمْرو بْن عَامِر ) هُوَ الْأَنْصَارِيّ وَلَيْسَتْ لَهُ رِوَايَة فِي الْبُخَارِيّ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَس , وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ لَهُ حَدِيث فِي الطَّهَارَة وَآخَر فِي الصَّلَاة وَهَذَا , وَهُوَ جَمِيع مَا لَهُ عِنْده. قَوْله : ( كَانَ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَحْتَجِم ) فِيهِ إِشْعَار بِالْمُوَاظَبَةِ بِخِلَافِ الْأَوَّل. وَقَوْله : ( وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَظْلِم أَحَدًا أَجْره ) فِيهِ إِثْبَات إِعْطَائِهِ أُجْرَة الْحَجَّام بِطَرِيقِ الِاسْتِنْبَاط , بِخِلَافِ الرِّوَايَة الَّتِي قَبْلهَا فَفِيهَا الْجَزْم بِذَلِكَ عَلَى طَرِيق التَّنْصِيص.…

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had himself cupped and gave the one who cupped him his pay; and if it were prohibited he would not have given him (his pay). [Reported by al-Bukhari].

Anas said that God’s messenger had himself cupped on the surface of his foot because of a pain in it while he was in the sacred state. Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.
