Allah alone is the Provider (ar-Razzaq), these verses affirm, and the provision of every living being is His charge; He extends it or restricts it for whom He wills. Abundance is not a sign of His approval, but an honour for the believer and a trial for the disbeliever; as for gratitude to the Provider, it is an obligation and requires not spreading corruption on earth.
Verses gathered from a topical index of the Quran, in Mushaf order; every verse is quoted in full.
[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allāh equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him].
It is Allāh who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and subjected for you the rivers.
And indeed, for you in grazing livestock is a lesson. We give you drink from what is in their bellies - between excretion and blood - pure milk, palatable to drinkers.
