Moses and Aaron are commanded to go to Pharaoh and say that they are messengers of his Lord, and the verses follow that confrontation: Moses presents the proofs while Pharaoh denies and threatens. They tell of the magicians who prostrate in faith to Allah, the punishments sent upon Pharaoh and his people so that they might return, and the end, the drowning of Pharaoh and his soldiers.
Verses gathered from a topical index of the Quran, in Mushaf order; every verse is quoted in full.
