Countless favours of Allah upon the believers and upon His creation are recalled in these verses, as are those granted to prophets such as Jesus and to others who were not prophets. The verses make gratitude to the Bestower a duty, and show how ingratitude, part of human nature, can turn a blessing into misfortune.
Verses gathered from a topical index of the Quran, in Mushaf order; every verse is quoted in full.
