Text of verse 12:12

أَرْسِلْهُ مَعَنَا غَدًا يَرْتَعْ وَيَلْعَبْ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ ۝١٢

Transliteration

arsil'hu maʿanā ghadan yartaʿ wayalʿab wa-innā lahu laḥāfiẓūna

Translation

Send him with us tomorrow that he may eat well and play. And indeed, we will be his guardians."

Al-Mukhtasar

Let us take him with us tomorrow, so he can have a good time and play with us and we will protect him from any harm that may come to him.

Send him with us tomorrow so that he may enjoy himself and play; we will surely keep him safe.”

"Send him with us tomorrow to enjoy himself and play, and verily, we will take care of him."

Send him with us to-morrow that he may enjoy himself and play. And lo! we shall take good care of him.
