Text of verse 20:4

تَنزِيلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلْعُلَى ۝٤

Transliteration

tanzīlan mimman khalaqa l-arḍa wal-samāwāti l-ʿulā

Al-Mukhtasar

It was sent down by Allah, Who created the earth and the high heavens. It is thus a grand Qur’ān, as it was sent down by a Grand Being.
