سورة محمد، الآية ٩
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَرِهُوا۟ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ ٩
dhālika bi-annahum karihū mā anzala l-lahu fa-aḥbaṭa aʿmālahum
That is because they disliked what Allāh revealed, so He rendered worthless their deeds.
Verse 9 of Surah Muhammad (47:9), a Medinan surah, is in juz 26, on page 507 of the mushaf. Read it in Arabic with its transliteration, translations and tafsir, and listen to it recited by 74 reciters.

That punishment that will befall them is because they detested the Qur’ān that Allah revealed to His prophet because it contained the mention of Allah’s Oneness, so Allah destroyed their deeds and they were losers in the world and the Hereafter.
That is because they detest what Allah has sent down, so He rendered their deeds worthless.
That is because they hate that which Allâh has sent down (this Qur’ân and Islâmic laws, etc.); so He has made their deeds fruitless.
That is because they are averse to that which Allah hath revealed, therefor maketh He their actions fruitless.
That is because they hate the Revelation of Allah; so He has made their deeds fruitless.
That is because they hated what Allah revealed, so He rendered their deeds null.
That is for that they hate what Allah has sent down, so He has frustrated their deeds.
