سورة محمد، الآية ٣١
وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ حَتَّىٰ نَعْلَمَ ٱلْمُجَٰهِدِينَ مِنكُمْ وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ وَنَبْلُوَا۟ أَخْبَارَكُمْ ٣١
walanabluwannakum ḥattā naʿlama l-mujāhidīna minkum wal-ṣābirīna wanabluwā akhbārakum
And We will surely test you until We make evident those who strive among you [for the cause of Allāh] and the patient, and We will test your affairs.
Verse 31 of Surah Muhammad (47:31), a Medinan surah, is in juz 26, on page 510 of the mushaf. Read it in Arabic with its transliteration, translations and tafsir, and listen to it recited by 74 reciters.

I will test you, O believers, with striving in Allah’s path and fighting and killing the enemy until I know - in a manner that makes it apparent to the servants - those of you who strive in Allah’s path, and those of you who are steadfast in fighting the enemy. I will test you so that I know those of you who are sincere and those who are false.
We will certainly test you so as to reveal those of you who struggle [in Allah’s way] and remain patient, and We will test the sincerity of your assertions.
And surely, We shall try you till We test those who strive hard (for the Cause of Allâh) and As-Sâbirûn (the patient), and We shall test your facts (i.e. the one who is a liar, and the one who is truthful).
And verily We shall try you till We know those of you who strive hard (for the cause of Allah) and the steadfast, and till We test your record.
And We shall try you until We test those among you who strive their utmost and persevere in patience; and We shall try your reported (mettle).
And most certainly We will try you until We have known those among you who exert themselves hard, and the patient, and made your case manifest.
And indeed We will definitely try you until We know the ones of you who strive and the ones who are (steadfastly) patient and (we will) try your tidings (i.e., test your news to see who is a liar).
