سورة هود، الآية ٣٣
قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأْتِيكُم بِهِ ٱللَّهُ إِن شَآءَ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ ٣٣
qāla innamā yatīkum bihi l-lahu in shāa wamā antum bimuʿ'jizīna
He said, "Allāh will only bring it to you if He wills, and you will not cause [Him] failure.

Noah said to them that he could not bring the punishment upon them, and that only Allah would bring it to them, if He willed; and that they would not be able to escape from the punishment of Allah if He willed for them to be given a punishment.
He said, “It is only Allah Who can bring it upon you if He wills, then you will have no escape.
He said: "Only Allâh will bring it (the punishment) on you, if He wills, and then you will escape not.
He said: Only Allah will bring it upon you if He will, and ye can by no means escape.
He said: "Truly, Allah will bring it on you if He wills,- and then, ye will not be able to frustrate it!
He said: Allah only will bring it to you if He please, and you will not escape:
He said, "Surely only Allah will be coming up to you with it, in case He (so) decides; and in no way will you be defiant to (Him).
