سورة النساء، الآية ١٣٣
إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَيَأْتِ بِـَٔاخَرِينَ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ قَدِيرًا ١٣٣
in yasha yudh'hib'kum ayyuhā l-nāsu wayati biākharīna wakāna l-lahu ʿalā dhālika qadīran
If He wills, He can do away with you, O people, and bring others [in your place]. And ever is Allāh competent to do that.
Verse 133 of Surah An-Nisa (4:133), a Medinan surah, is in juz 5, on page 99 of the mushaf. Read it in Arabic with its transliteration, translations and tafsir, and listen to it recited by 72 reciters.

If He wills He can destroy you, O people, and bring others besides you who will obey Him and not go against Him. Allah has full power to do that.
If He wills, He can eliminate you altogether, O humans, and replace you with others, for Allah is Most Capable to do that.
If He wills, He can take you away, O people, and bring others. And Allâh is Ever All-Potent over that.
If He will, He can remove you, O people, and produce others (in your stead). Allah is Able to do that.
If it were His will, He could destroy you, o mankind, and create another race; for He hath power this to do.
If He please, He can make you pass away, O people! and bring others; and Allah has the power to do this.
In case He decides, He can put you away, O you mankind, and come up with others; and Allah has been Ever-Determiner over that.
هَٰٓأَنتُمْ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ تُدْعَوْنَ لِتُنفِقُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَمِنكُم مَّن يَبْخَلُ وَمَن يَبْخَلْ فَإِنَّمَا يَبْخَلُ عَن نَّفْسِهِۦ وَٱللَّهُ ٱلْغَنِىُّ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْفُقَرَآءُ وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا۟ يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوٓا۟ أَمْثَٰلَكُم
Here you are - those invited to spend in the cause of Allāh - but among you are those who withhold [out of greed]. And whoever withholds only withholds [benefit] from himself; and Allāh is the Free of need, while you are the needy. And if you turn away [i.e., refuse], He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you.
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِٱلْحَقِّ إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَأْتِ بِخَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ …
Have you not seen [i.e., considered] that Allāh created the heavens and the earth in truth? If He wills, He can do away with you and produce a new creation. …
