حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏

"‏ مَنْ حَجَّ هَذَا الْبَيْتَ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَ فَلْيَكُنْ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ ‏"

Al-Harith bin Abdullah bin Aws said:

"I heard the Prophet saying: 'Whoever performs Hajj to this House, or Umrah, then let the last of his acts be at the House'" So Umar said: "May your hand be humiliated! You heard this from the Messenger of Allah but did not inform us of it?"

قَوْلُهُ : ( حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْكُوفِيُّ ) النَّاجِيُّ الْوَشَّاءُ ثِقَةٌ رَوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ إِدْرِيسَ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ وَغَيْرِهِمَا وَرَوَى عَنْهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَغَيْرُهُمَا ( أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ) هُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْكُوفِيُّ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَكَانَ يُدَلِّسُ مِنْ التَّاسِعَةِ ( عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ) الطَّائِفِيِّ مَقْبُولٌ مِنْ الرَّابِعَةِ. وَقَالَ فِي تَهْذِيبِ التَّهْذِيبِ : رَوَى عَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ وَغَيْرِهِمَا وَعَنْهُ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ وَغَيْرُهُ , وَذَكَرَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ…

"Whoever performs Hajj to the House, then let the last of their acts be at the House, except for menstruating women. The Messenger of Allah gave them permission (to leave)." (Sahih Mawquf)

مَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ فَلْيَكُنْ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ إِلاَّ الْحُيَّضَ وَرَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏
